2024 – 2025 School Bus Service (August 2024 – January 2025)

School bus service for August 2024 – January 2025 is now open for registration. The bus information and fees are listed below. Please contact the School Office at 2812 6023 or via email to pipsinfo@pips.edu.hk for registration.

Payment of School Bus Fee
Payment is required upon registration. The bus service contract is committed on a termly basis (normally from August to January and February to June). For students who join the service after the start of the term, fee will be calculated by monthly pro-rata starting from the 1st day of each calendar month. Failure of full payment would result in suspension of service until fee is fully settled.

Payment should be settled by cheque made payable to ‘PIPS’ with the student’s name and class written on the back.

School Bus Term & Conditions
  1. For students in the unaccompanied class (Pre-Nursery, Nursery and LK/UK), the school bus fare paid is for one child only.
  2. School bus service will be cancelled when the red rainstorm, black rainstorm or typhoon signal no. 3 or above warning is hoisted. Please refer to the announcement from the Education Bureau (EDB).
  3. School bus service is not available on occasions of settling-in period for new students, school events and school field trips etc. Parents should make alternative transportation arrangement on such occasions.
  4. Bus fare paid is non-refundable. Students who withdraw in the middle of term will not receive a refund of the bus fare paid.
  5. School bus fare paid will not be refunded if the service was not used due to illness, school and public holidays nor class cancellation due to enforced closures, including but not limited to cancellated caused by adverse weather conditions.
  6. We politely ask parents to be on time for drop-off and pick-up. To keep to the schedule, the school bus will not wait for any students who are late.
  7. If your child is not taking the school bus, please contact the school office by 7am for pick-up or by 10:45am for drop-off by calling the school office on 2812 6023.
  8. Students must stay in their seats and keep the seat belts fastened when the school bus is in motion.
  9. For hygienic reasons, eating or drinking is not permitted on the school bus.
  10. Student card must be presented to the bus driver or bus mother when picking up your child.
  11. Due to the restriction of location or time, PIPS reserves the right to not accept applications of the school bus service.
