Welcome to PIPS, Parkview Rhine Garden Preschool and Parkview Rhine Garden International Nursery, a pre-school which is diverse and dynamic. The school started its service in January 1994 and comprised of two campuses, which are located on the podium of Rhine Garden, Sham Tseng, in Tower One and Tower Five respectively. The school used to be a privately owned independent pre-school; in September, 2007 the kindergarten section (Parkview Rhine Garden Preschool) converted into a non-profit making school, where parents can enjoy the Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme (PEVS) offered by EDB, whereas Parkview Rhine Garden International Nursery is in the status of a private independent pre-school where PEVS is not applicable.The statements and information contained in this handbook indicate the mission and vision of the school and to fulfill the satisfaction of stakeholders. As a result, we hope to propagate a good parent - teacher relationship and loyalty to our projects. We hope that this handbook will become increasingly meaningful to you, as you are now part of our stakeholders, experiencing and witnessing the scale and range of our projects both for the benefit of your children and yourself here and beyond.
