Things to Submit for Your Application

1.    Completed Student Application Form

2.    Application Fee (non-refundable) – HK$500.00

3.    Registration Fee (conditional refundable*) – HK$550.00. 

*Registration Fee will only be refunded if the child is accepted and has started coming to PIPS.  It will be refunded through crediting the child’s account one month after commencement.

4.    Completed Personal Debenture or Corporate Debenture Application Form

5.    Payment for Debenture

-             For Personal Debenture – The subscription is HK$50,000.00

or

-             For Corporate Debenture – The subscription is HK$60,000.00

Both debentures are refundable when the child withdraws from the school.  Please refer to note 2 below regarding redemption of debenture.

OR

Payment for non-refundable Capital Levy annually

-             1^st year payment : HK$6,000.00

6.   5 passport size photos

-             1 for Student Application Form

-             1 for Medical Form

-             1 for Authorization Card

-             Extras

7. A copy of the applicant’s passport or birth certificate

Notes

1. For payment of fees, please submit two cheques; one for HK$1,050.00 (Application & Registration fees) and one for HK$50,000.00 (Personal Debenture) or HK$60,000.00 (Corporate Debenture) or HK$6,000.00 (Capital Levy for the 1^st year).  Cheques are to be crossed and made payable to PIPS.

2. For withdrawal and redemption, one FULL calendar month** advanced notice in writing is required. The ORIGINAL Debenture Certificate will need to be returned to the School together with the withdrawal notice.  If the child leaves the school before the end of a calendar month, a full month’s tuition fee is still charged. The school reserves the right to deduct any outstanding payment and tuition fees (plus 10% late payment charge) from the debenture refund.   ** One full calendar month means from the first day of a month to the last day of that month.
